Artificial Intelligent Controllers - Single Loop and Multiloop

Platformization design: different models have compatible wiring and front panel.
Universal programmable input. Can freely select multiple inputs of thermocouples, RTDs, and linear currents/voltages/resistors. Users can define input specification and non-linear graduation table or manufacture download special input specifications. Application of digital adjustment, equipped with non-linear graduation index of common thermocouples and RTDs, and achieve stable and accurate measurement.
Incorporated with multiple control modes of ON-OFF control, standard PID, AI PID and AI MPT. Advanced AI control algorithm with auto-tuning and self-learning functions achieves excellent control without overshoot or undershoot, and is suitable for precise measurement and control of temperature, pressure, flow, level, humidity, .......
Modularized structure, supports outputs of SSR voltage, linear current/voltage, relay switch, TRIAC no contact switch, thyristor single/three phase zero crossing trigger, and thyristor single-phase phase-shift trigger.
Valve positioning supports valve position feedback and can save or replace servo amplifier.
Auto/manual control with auto/manual bumpless switch and manual auto-tuning, suitable for valve control.
Heating/refrigerating dual output control.
Programmable alarms. Provides multiple alarms of high limit, low limit, deviation high limit and deviation low limit, with the function of alarm blocking at the beginning of power up. Every alarm can be freely allocate to any alarm output (AL1, AL2, AU1 or AU2).
Retransmission function can retransmit PV (process value) or SV (set value) into standard current single. With high precision current output module X3 or X5, the retransmission accuracy is 0.2% FS with temperature shift less than 100ppm/℃.
External set value function can set SV by external analog signal, and can compose complicate control system such as cascade or ratio.
Advanced AIBUS+ communication protocol, supports RS485 and RS232C communication interface with maximum 800 communication addresses. Cooperated with high speed communication technology, a middle or big computer control system with thousands of points can be built.
Program instruments can provide 10 or 50 segments programming control, change temperature in any slope, and have programmable and operable commands such as jump (loop), run, pause, and stop, and can change the program at any time. Smooth control can be achieved by applying AI Control algorithm which has curve approaching function.
Event outputs can be added to the program, and cooperate with external equipments.
Program instruments can work as program signal generator by retransmitting SV.
Program control has process value start and preparation function, and has five selectable process methods for power off and power on operations.
External switch signal input, can switch SV1/SV2 or control run, pause or stop of a program.
Friendly and customized operating interface leads to easy learning and simple manipulation. Any parameter can be promoted to immediate operator access or password protected. User defined password is allowed.
Various dimensions are selectable, light bar panel and rail mounted no panel instruments are also available.
